Who we are
FixAIro is an appliance repair company launching in Texas. This policy covers fixairo.com and the phone line listed on it.
What the website collects
Nothing you type. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no account and no newsletter. The only way to reach us is by calling, so there is no field on this site in which to leave personal information.
No cookies. We set none. Nothing on this site follows you to another one, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Call button taps. When you tap a call button, your browser pings a page on our own site recording which button it was, for example the one in the header rather than the one at the end of a guide. It carries no identifier and tells us nothing about you. It exists so we know which parts of the site are useful.
Approximate location. Our host, Cloudflare, works out an approximate city from your IP address, in the same way any website can. We use it to show a line such as “looks like you’re in Fort Worth” on our service areas page. It is worked out fresh each time, never written down, and never linked to anything else. We never ask your browser for precise location, so you will not see a permission prompt from us.
Standard server records. Like every website, ours records the usual technical details of a request: the page, the time, the browser type and the country. Cloudflare keeps these briefly to serve the site and block attacks.
What happens when you call
Calling us means we see your phone number, and we keep what you tell us about the appliance so a technician arrives prepared: the brand, the model, the symptoms and the address for the visit. We use that to do the repair and nothing else.
Calls may be recorded or transcribed so that we can work out what is wrong and keep an accurate record of what was agreed, including any price you approved. If you would rather we did not, say so at the start of the call.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to target you with advertising anywhere. We do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the site and serves it. Google may see that the site exists through Search Console, which reports anonymous, aggregated search statistics to us and never identifies individuals. If we later add a general analytics tool, we will name it here before switching it on.
How long we keep things
Website measurement is aggregate and kept only in short rolling windows by Cloudflare. Repair records are kept for as long as we need them to stand behind the work and to meet ordinary business and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do so, including under Texas law. Call us on the number on this site and say what you would like; we will not ask you to fill in a form to exercise a right.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, such as adding a tracking tool, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
